The HBZYY 75130/P4 DB bearing product developed by Hebei Shaft Research Institute has been comprehensively determined by inspection, and the inspected items meet the technical conditions and current standard requirements. The innovation of this bearing is to replace angular contact ball bearings with tapered roller bearings. Thereby improving the rigidity and carrying capacity of the machine tool spindle. As we all know, ball bearings of the same size are compared with roller bearings: ball bearings have a higher limit speed, but the carrying capacity is less than that of roller bearings; roller bearings have strong carrying capacity, but the limit speed is not as good as ball bearings. The use of tapered roller bearings to replace paired angular contact ball bearings to improve the stiffness and load-carrying capacity of the shaft system is the highlight and main purpose of the research and development of this new product. In order to develop this new product, the R&D personnel designed the HBZYY 75130/P4 DB bearing product drawing after careful analysis and repeated calculations.
